U\u017eivanje EPA in DHA je u\u010dinkovito tudi pri avtoimunskih boleznih kot so Chronova bolezen, ulcerozni kolitis, luskavica, lupus eritematozus, revmatoidni artritis itd.<\/p>\n<p>V 12-mese\u010dni \u0161tudiji, v kateri je sodelovalo 90 pacientov z revmatoidnim artritisom, se je pri tistih, ki so u\u017eivali dodatek EPA in DHA (po 2,6 g na dan), bistveno izbolj\u0161alo stanje bolezni.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi \u010de redno u\u017eivamo ribe, nimamo v telesu optimalne ravni EPA in DHA.
