Ostana in sodelavk na spletu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pravzaprav je bila to od vsega za\u010detka dru\u017einska zadeva. Konec osemdesetih let preteklega stoletja smo moja soproga Alberta, njena h\u010di Bo\u017eena Ambrozius in jaz imeli vsak svoje zdravstvene te\u017eave. Za\u010deli smo preizku\u0161ati u\u010dinke postenja, pa ve\u010d sistemov presne prehrane. Bo\u017eena se je odlo\u010dila za vegetarijanstvo in \u010dez desetletji za veganstvo, s soprogo pa u\u017eivava me\u0161ano prehrano z veliko zelenjave in sadja. V devetdesetih smo vsi trije u\u017eivali veliko sve\u017ee iztisnjenih sokov (prete\u017eno zelenjavnih, pa sok p\u0161eni\u010dnih bilk). \u0160ele z izbranimi prehranskimi dopolnili pa smo si pozdravili ve\u010d kroni\u010dnih obolenj. Iskali smo preverjeno najbolj\u0161a dopolnila. Taki dopolnili sta antioksidant FHES in aminokisline OKA. Z njimi optimiziramo antioksidantskost vode v telesu in beljakovinsko prehrano, ki tvorijo kar 78% strukture celice. Prav tako pomembna telesna (makro) struktura so tudi \u010drevesne bakterije. Izbrali smo bio probiotik EM, s katerim u\u010dinkovito odpravimo neprijetni vonj blata, ki je znak neuravnote\u017ene \u010drevesne biote. Druga\u010de kot za FHES in OKA, za probiotike v prosti prodaji ni znanstvenih \u0161tudij o u\u010dinkovitosti. Da bi se prepri\u010dali o varnosti in u\u010dinkovitosti bio probiotikov EM, smo za\u010deli zbirati izku\u0161nje uporabnikov. Na spletni strani www.iztokostan.com (glej sliko 1) je zbranih \u017ee 665 pri\u010devanj uporabnikov omenjenih treh produktov, najve\u010d prav o uporabi bio probiotika EM (356). Ve\u010dina uporabnikov poro\u010da, da so zaznali izbolj\u0161anje v dobrem tednu ali \u017ee po nekaj dneh uporabe katerega od teh produktov. Pri nekaterih boleznih je pri\u010devanj veliko &#8211; ve\u010d desetin ali celo ve\u010d kot sto. Opazili smo, da mnogi, ki nas kontaktirajo, \u017eelijo bolj strnjeno informacijo: kaj jemati pri dolo\u010deni te\u017eavi, koliko, kdaj, kako kombinirati razna dopolnila \u2026 To nas je spodbudilo, da smo na osnovi znanstvenih \u0161tudij o prehrani, svojih izku\u0161enj in mno\u017eice pri\u010devanj uporabnikov, pripravili \u010dlanke o dopolnilni prehrani pri posameznih potrebah oz. boleznih. Tudi te smo nedavno vnesli v sistem. Na osnovni strani (glej sliko 1) kliknemo na gumb KNJI\u017dNICA, potema pa \u0161e na gumb \u010cLANKI in prika\u017ee se podsistem https:\/\/iztokostan.com\/clanki\/ (glej sliko 2). V njem je trenutno na voljo 57 \u010dlankov. \u010ce \u017eelimo napotke v zvezi z dopolnilno prehrano pri neki zdravstveni te\u017eavi, kliknemo na gumb GLAVNE TEME. \u010ce vpi\u0161emo npr. besedno zvezo bolezni srca in o\u017eilja, nam bo sistem izbral 4 \u010dlanke. Na voljo so \u010dlanki na teme: rak (4 \u010dlanki), viroza, prehlad (2), alergija (1), avtoimunske bolezni (2), \u0161\u010ditnica (1), \u010drevesne te\u017eave (3), glivice (1), slabokrvnost (1), obolenja urinarnega trakta (2), obolenja jeter (1), kroni\u010dno vnetje (5), ko\u017ea (1), razstrupljanje (1), Alzheimerjeva bolezen (4), Parkinsonova bolezen (1), zdravje otrok (3), nose\u010dnost (1), nespe\u010dnost (2), uravnavanje telesne te\u017ee (4), holesterol (2), iz\u010drpanost (1), starost (1), stres (1), osteoporoza (1), odpornost na potovanjih (1). Obstajajo tudi \u010dlanki o melatoninu (2), o izbiri omega 3 (2), o splo\u0161nih zna\u010dilnostih prehranskega sistema dr.
