Ta proizvaja manj nevrotransmiterja dopamina. Tipi\u010dni znak je tresavica, ki se najprej pojavi kot tresenje rok. Postopoma bolezen prizadene celotno gibanje, koraki se skraj\u0161ajo, mi\u0161ice otrdijo, govor upo\u010dasni \u2026<\/p>\n<h4>Oslabelost bolnikov s Parkinsonovo boleznijo<\/h4>\n<p>Nedolgo tega me je kontaktirala starej\u0161a gospa s Parkinsonovo boleznijo. Bolj kot tresenje jo je motilo upadanje telesne te\u017ee in mi\u0161i\u010dne mase. V stroki pojav imenujejo kaheksija. Nastane pri mnogih kroni\u010dnih boleznih (raku, jetiki, aidsu, Alzheimerjevi bolezni in drugih). Pri bolnikih s Parkinsosnovo boleznijo zelo vpliva na kakovost \u017eivljenja: na sposobnost gibanja, na ravnote\u017eje, pospe\u0161i razvoj bolezni itd. (Ma et al, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Zdravnik dr. Maurizio Luc\u00e0-Moretti priporo\u010da (1998) bolnikom s kaheksijo u\u017eivanje aminokislinskega prehranskega dopolnila OKA. Pri zelo iz\u010drpanih ljudeh je namre\u010d prehranjevanje z obi\u010dajnimi viri beljakovin neu\u010dinkovito, ker so presnovno zelo zahtevne: za njihovo prebavo telo potrebuje vsaj 3 ure, poleg tega pa se na celi\u010dni ravni pretvori ve\u010dina pridobljenih aminokislin (vsaj 52 %) v du\u0161i\u010dne odpadke, ki zelo obremenjujejo jetra in ledvice. Edino \u017eivilo, ki re\u0161uje oba problema, so aminokisline OKA: v kri se absorbirajo \u017ee v 23 minutah od u\u017eitja, na celi\u010dni ravni pa prakti\u010dno ne tvorijo du\u0161i\u010dnih odpadkov (le 1 %). Te presnovne zna\u010dilnosti OKA omogo\u010dijo, da se celo zelo iz\u010drpani bolniki hitro regenerirajo.<\/p>\n<p>Aminokisline OKA niso zdravilo za Parkinsonovo bolezen. Prispevajo pa k okrepitvi bolnika, s \u010dimer upo\u010dasnjujejo napredovanje bolezni. Dokazano okrepijo jetra (De Cristoforo, 2002) in ledvice (Tamburlin, 1999), ki so pri kroni\u010dnih bolnikih iz\u010drpana. Zato se pri njih pojavi toksemija \u2013 zastajanje strupov v telesu. Pri takih boleznih je priporo\u010dljivo, da za\u010dnemo proces okrepitve prav z aminokislinami OKA.<br \/>\nGospe sem posredoval zgornje informacije, pa tudi te, ki sledijo.<\/p>\n<h4>Parkinsonova bolezen se za\u010denja v \u010drevesju<\/h4>\n<p>V zadnjih letih je ve\u010d raziskovalnih skupin odkrilo povezave med neuravnote\u017eeno \u010drevesno bioto in Parkinsonovo boleznijo. Patogeni mikrobi in drugi \u010drevesni paraziti proizvajajo beljakovino \u00bbalfa-sinuklein, ki je glavni krivec za Parkinsonovo bolezen\u00ab (Weintraub, 2020). Ta namre\u010d uni\u010duje nevrone, ki v centralnih mo\u017eganih proizvajajo dopamin.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskovalci univerz v Edinburgu in Dundeeju so nedavno objavili odkritje, da dobre bakterije tipa Bacillus subtilis razgrajujejo alfa-sinuklein. Zaenkrat so pozitiven u\u010dinek teh bakterij dokazali le na \u010drvih, ki so jim umetno spodbudili Parkinsonovo bolezen. S pomo\u010djo dobrih bakterij Bacillus subtilis se je njihovo gibanje izbolj\u0161alo, prav tako pa splo\u0161no stanje bolezni (Goya et al, 2020).<br \/>\nUspe\u0161nost preizkusov na \u017eivalih \u0161e ne pomeni, da bo preizku\u0161eno zdravilno sredstvo delovalo tudi pri ljudeh, a posamezni primeri pri\u010dajo, da splo\u0161no izbolj\u0161anje stanja \u010drevesne biote lahko zelo pomaga pri Parkinsonovi bolezni.<\/p>\n<p>Pionir na tem podro\u010dju je avstralski zdravnik poljskega rodu dr. Thomas Julius Borody. Leta 2011 je objavil primer izbolj\u0161anja stanja Parkinsonove bolezni s pomo\u010djo postopka FMT (Fecal Microbiota transplantation), pri katerem bolniku o\u010distijo debelo \u010drevo in vanj presadijo mikrobioto zdrave osebe. Pri pacientu so postopek izvedli zaradi hudega kroni\u010dnega zaprtja. Kot pri drugih takih pacientih se mu je po posegu prebava uredila, hkrati pa so se bistveno omilili simptomi Parkinsonove bolezni (Borody, 2011). Druga skupina raziskovalcev je nedavno potrdila u\u010dinkovitost takega postopka (Huang et al., 2019). Enainsedemdesetletnemu pacientu s Parkinsonovo boleznijo so zaradi ve\u010d let trajajo\u010dega kroni\u010dnega zaprtja izvedli presaditev mikrobiote zdrave osebe. Prebava se mu je uredila, po enem tednu pa je izginila tudi tresavica. \u017dal se je ta deloma (na eni nogi) ponovno pojavila dva meseca po posegu.<\/p>\n<p>Ta odkritja dokazujejo, da je \u010drevesna biota klju\u010dna pri nastajanju in zdravljenju Parkinsonove bolezni, da pa enkratni poseg, ki jo uravnovesi, ne zagotavlja trajnih u\u010dinkov. Domnevam, da je kontinuirano uravnote\u017eenost \u010drevesne biote potrebna stalna skrb. Tudi sami lahko ugotovimo, kdaj ni uravnote\u017eena: \u010de ima blato neprijeten vonj, pomeni, da prevladujejo gnilobne in druge \u0161kodljive bakterije. Z u\u017eivanjem u\u010dinkovitih probiotikov in vlakninsko bogate hrane lahko dose\u017eemo, da je blato trajno brez neprijetnega vonja.<\/p>\n<h4>Zmanj\u0161ati tudi druge vzroke degeneracije nevronov<\/h4>\n<p>Zdi se, da strupene beljakovine alfa-sinuklein niso edini vir Parkinsonove bolezni. Nevrolog dr. David Perlmutter ugotavlja, da so vir degeneracije nevronov tudi druge vrste vnetij v mo\u017eganih. Vnetne molekule kot so LPS (lipo-polisaharadi), glandin (presnovek glutena) in druge, vdirajo skozi prepustno \u010drevesno steno v kri, po njej pa tudi skozi mo\u017egansko krvno bariero v mo\u017egane (Perlmutter, 2015, 2017). Tudi s tega vidika je nujno, da skrbimo za uravnote\u017eeno \u010drevesno bioto, saj gnijo\u010da snov v \u010drevesju (smrdenje!) povzro\u010da tudi po\u0161kodbe v \u010drevesni steni in s tem njeno prepustnost. Treba je zmanj\u0161ati u\u017eivanje sladkorja in enostavnih ogljikovih hidratov, saj se glukoza v krvi spaja z beljakovinami in tvori vnetne molekule \u2013 glicirane beljakovine (Perlmutter, 2015). Nevronom \u0161kodi tudi u\u017eivanje sladil (Pase, 2017).<br \/>\nPotrebno je zni\u017eati previsoko telesno te\u017eo na normalno raven (ITM naj bo do 25), saj je tudi ma\u0161\u010dobno tkivo vir vnetnih molekul \u2013 citokinov (Profenno et al., 2010).<\/p>\n<h4>Regeneracija po\u0161kodovanih nevronov<\/h4>\n<p>Seveda je nujno, da zmanj\u0161amo vplive, ki nevrone uni\u010dujejo. A ko so mo\u017eganski centri po\u0161kodovani, moramo okrepiti dejavnike, ki spodbujajo rast nevronov in s tem obnovo po\u0161kodovanih mo\u017eganskih centrov. Med take dejavnike sodijo zlasti telesno gibanje \u2013 vsaj 30 minut hoje na dan (Laurin et al, 2001, MA et al, 2017), spanje 7 do 8 ur na dan (The Science, 2019), postenje vsaj 12 (bolje pa 16) zaporednih ur na dan, zadnji dnevni obrok pa naj bo vsaj 3 ure pred spanjem (Bredesen, 2017).
