Vzrokov za njihov nastanek je ve\u010d, med njimi je tudi pomanjkanje dolgoveri\u017enih omega-3 kislin (EPA in DHA). Njihov najbogatej\u0161i vir je ribje olje (za vegetarijance in vegane pa mikroalge). Poglejmo, kaj ugotavljajo raziskave o vplivu u\u017eivanja EPA in DHA na te bolezni.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3045 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/omega-3-d-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"omega 3 \" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/omega-3-d-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/omega-3-d-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/omega-3-d-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/omega-3-d.jpg 1280w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/200;\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Za manj bolezni srca in o\u017eilja<\/h3>\n<p>Visok krvni tlak je en izmed glavnih dejavnikov tveganja sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih zapletov. \u017de pred desetletji je ve\u010d raziskav dokazalo, da redno u\u017eivanje velikih odmerkov omega-3 (od 3 do 6 g na dan) zmanj\u0161uje previsok krvni tlak, novej\u0161e raziskave pa dokazujejo, da \u017ee odmerki od 0,7 g EPA in DHA na dan zmanj\u0161ujejo sistoli\u010dni (zgornji) krvni tlak v povpre\u010dju za 5 mmHg (\u017ee v 8 tednih), za zni\u017eanje diastoli\u010dnega (spodnjega) tlaka (za 3 mmHg) pa so bili potrebni dnevni odmerki vsaj 2 g EPA in DHA.<br \/>\nPomemben dejavnik tveganja infarktov in kapi je tudi previsoka raven trigliceridov. Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da odmerki EPA\/DHA od 2 do 3 g na dan zni\u017eajo raven trigliceridov do 25 %, na raven holesterolov pa u\u017eivanje omega- 3 nima bistvenega vpliva.<br \/>\nV polletni klini\u010dni \u0161tudiji, v kateri je sodelovalo 205 pacientov s kroni\u010dnim sr\u010dnim popu\u0161\u010danjem, se je v skupini, ki je dopolnjevala prehrano s po 1,0 g EPA\/DHA na dan, stanje bolezni bistveno izbolj\u0161alo.<br \/>\nVe\u010d epidemiolo\u0161kih \u0161tudij je dokazalo, da so za prepre\u010devanje kapi in infarktov u\u010dinkoviti \u017ee manj\u0161i dnevni odmerki EPA in DHA. \u017de 1-2 obroka mastnih rib na teden, kar je enakovredno 0,25 g EPA\/DHA na dan, zmanj\u0161uje tveganje smrtnosti zaradi sr\u010dno \u017eilnih zapletov za 36 %.<\/p>\n<h3>Za ve\u010djo varnost pred rakom<\/h3>\n<p>Prese\u017eek omega-6 v prehrani spodbuja tudi razmno\u017eevanje celic v novotvorbah, dodatek omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dob pa te procese zavira. \u0160tudija, v kateri so \u0161tirinajst let sledili zdravstvenemu stanju 47.866 mo\u0161kih, je pokazala, da je bilo pri tistih, ki so u\u017eivali EPA in DHA, manj raka prostate. Podobno velja za raka na debelem \u010drevesju in za raka na dojki. V polletni \u0161tudiji so pacienti s pove\u010danim tveganjem raka na \u010drevesju (neoplazija) ob u\u017eivanju po 9 g EPA in DHA na dan bistveno izbolj\u0161ali zdravstveno stanje \u010drevesja. U\u017eivanje EPA in DHA tudi zmanj\u0161uje bole\u010dine, ki jih povzro\u010da rak.<\/p>\n<h3>Za bolj\u0161e umske sposobnosti<\/h3>\n<p>V \u0161estmese\u010dnem preizkusu, v katerem je sodelovalo 86 mo\u0161kih, starih v povpre\u010dju 71 let, se je pri tistih, ki so u\u017eivali dodatek EPA in DHA (po 1,2 g na dan) izbolj\u0161al kratkoro\u010dni spomin, pove\u010dala hitrost zaznave in u\u010dinkovitost orientacije v prostoru. Po ugotovitvah nevrologa dr.
