A to ni lahko storiti. Domnevno je delavcem v transportni operativi \u0161e te\u017eje kot drugim skrbeti za zdrav na\u010din \u017eivljenja in prehrano, saj je njihovo delo bolj stresno, pogosto no\u010dno in dale\u010d od doma&#8230; Zato smo na Fakulteti za pomorstvo in promet \u017ee leta 1995 za\u010deli iskati in prou\u010devati tista krepilna sredstva in postopke, ki so u\u010dinkovita, obenem pa tudi preprosta, za uporabnike nezahtevni. Izsledili smo jih kar nekaj, jih tudi osebno preizku\u0161ali, leta 2001 pa jih strnili v knjigi \u00bbKo zdravila odpovedo\u00ab (Ostan I. in A., Ambrozius, B.).<\/p>\n<p>Ker je bilo takih krepilnih sredstev ve\u010d, se je pojavilo vpra\u0161anje, katerim dati prednost in kako jih kombinirati, da bi bila sprejemljiva za \u0161ir\u0161i krog ljudi vklju\u010dno s transportnimi delavci. To smo eksperimentalno prou\u010devali v naslednjih letih. V sodelovanju s strokovnjaki z Biotehni\u0161ke fakultete (M. Sim\u010di\u010d) in Zdravstvene fakultete (B. Polj\u0161ak) smo oblikovali prehransko metodo \u00bb5 na dan\u00ab in jo preverili na 54 prostovoljcih. Na Fakulteti za pomorstvo in promet pa smo na 83 prostovoljcih preverjali tudi neprehransko metodo \u00bbRazbremenilni ritem dneva\u00ab.\u00a0 Rezultati obeh preizkusov so bili ohrabrujo\u010di. Na osnovi opa\u017eenih pomanjkljivosti pa smo leta 2010 oblikovali novo metodo, ki zdru\u017euje dobre lastnosti obeh. Imenovali smo jo metoda \u00bb2+5\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Metoda zdru\u017euje koristne u\u010dinke ve\u010d krepilnih sredstev.<br \/>\nTi so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bbpitje vode\u00ab,<\/li>\n<li>\u00bbura gibanja na zraku in son\u010dni svetlobi\u00ab (to sta dva neprehranska krepilna koraka) ter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bbpet obrokov sadja in\/ali zelenjave na dan\u00ab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Metoda je preprosta. Naj na kratko strnemo, kaj zajema:<\/p>\n<p>Dan za\u010dnemo s kozarcem ali dvema vode, \u010dez dan pa v celoti popijemo vsaj 1,5 litra vode in\/ali sve\u017eih sokov (druge pija\u010de ne sodijo v to koli\u010dino). Pijemo pol ure pred obrokom ali vsaj dve uri po njem, ne pa med obroki.<\/p>\n<p>Poskrbimo, da se vsaj eno uro telesno gibljemo (hoja, opravila na vrtu ipd) na sve\u017eem zraku v \u010dasu son\u010dne svetlobe. S tem so\u010dasno dobivamo koristne u\u010dinke vseh treh za zdravje pomembnih dejavnikov. Najbolje, da to opravimo zjutraj.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce u\u017eivamo sadje in\/ali zelenjavo vsaj 5 krat dnevno, kot priporo\u010da svetovna zdravstvena organizacija, dobivamo dovolj vitaminov, mineralov in vlaknin, kar naj bi izbolj\u0161alo tudi prebavo, odvajanje ostankov prebave in presnove.\u00a0 Za\u010dnimo \u017ee zjutraj! Ko odhajamo od doma, vzemimo s seboj sadje in ga pojejmo, ko se spomnimo nanj.<\/p>\n<p>Vse omenjene sestavine metode \u00bb2+5\u00ab prispevajo k razstrupljanju. Zato je kot nala\u0161\u010d zlasti za pomladni \u010das, ko telo potrebuje razbremenitev od\u00a0 posledic bolj kalori\u010dne \u00bbzimske\u00ab hrane. Eksperiment s to metodo smo za\u010deli spomladi 2010 in \u0161e traja. V prvi fazi je sodelovalo 27 prostovoljcev (10 v kontrolni skupini, ki na\u010dina \u017eivljenja ni spremenila in 17 v testni). Vsak udele\u017eenec dobi vpra\u0161alnik, ki vsebuje test za preverjanje stanja pred preizkusom in po njem, ter dnevnik za tri tedne preizkusa. Po mesecu dni nam preizku\u0161anci vrnejo izpolnjene vpra\u0161alnike. (\u010ce \u017eelite vpra\u0161alnik, se obrnite na avtorja.)<\/p>\n<p>Preliminarni rezultati so vzpodbudni. V testni skupini se je 76,5% udele\u017eencem splo\u0161no po\u010dutje izbolj\u0161alo ali zelo izbolj\u0161alo, 23,5% se ni spremenilo, nobenemu pa se ni poslab\u0161alo. Zelo ohrabrujo\u010de je tudi dejstvo, da jih je 88,2% opravilo preizkus z lahkoto.<\/p>\n<p>Udele\u017eencem preizkusa nismo odsvetovali ali prepovedovali \u00bbnezdravih\u00ab \u017eivil. Pa vendar smo upali, da jih bo ta metoda spontano napeljala k bolj zdravemu prehranjevanju. In res: v poskusnem mesecu je ve\u010dina zmanj\u0161ala kalori\u010dnost prehrane (76,5% udele\u017eencev), koli\u010dino u\u017eitih ma\u0161\u010dob (70,6%), u\u017eitih sla\u0161\u010dic (58,8%), manj je bilo ve\u010dernega prenajedanja (52, 9%),\u00a0 skoraj polovica\u00a0 (47,1%) je zmanj\u0161ala koli\u010dino u\u017eitega mesa in mesnin, prav tolik\u0161nemu dele\u017eu prostovoljcev pa se je izbolj\u0161ala prebava (pogostej\u0161e odvajanje). Telesna te\u017ea se je v povpre\u010dju zni\u017eala za 1,1 kilograma.<\/p>\n<p>Na seminarju dne 22.3.2011 v Ljubljani (17.30 v Hotelu M) je bila metoda s svojimi sestavinami natan\u010dneje predstavljena.
