Upokojena znanka z nizko pokojnino se mi je nedavno poto\u017eila, da FHES, aminokisline OKA in bio probiotik EM, ki jih sicer zelo ceni, \u017eal niso zanjo, saj si priporo\u010denih optimalnih odmerkov ne more privo\u0161\u010diti. A na sre\u010do u\u010dinkujejo \u017ee v manj\u0161ih odmerkih. Naj ponazorim z nekaj primeri.<br><br>Dr. Ron Meyers pri kroni\u010dnih obolenjih priporo\u010da po 6 kapsul FHES na dan, pri raznih te\u017ekih obolenjih so se izkazali kot u\u010dinkoviti odmerki aminokislin OKA od 6 do 10 tablet na dan. Na\u0161a znanka na Hrva\u0161kem, gospa Milena (82), ki je prejemala nizko kme\u010dko pokojnino, si ni mogla privo\u0161\u010diti ve\u010d kot eno kapsulo FHES in 2 tableti OKA na dan, pa je kljub temu \u010dutila blagodejen u\u010dinek pri astmi, ki jo je mu\u010dila ve\u010d desetletij. Ko je za\u010dela u\u017eivati FHES in OKA, kar nekaj let ni potrebovala zdravnika, saj ni imela ve\u010d astmati\u010dnih napadov. Bala se je jemati bio probiotik EM, saj ji mnoga zeli\u0161\u010da in kis povzro\u010dajo te\u017eave, v tem kislem napitku pa so izvle\u010dki kar 19 vrst zdravilnih rastlin. Po te\u017ekem obroku je previdno poskusila z eno \u017elico bio probiotika EM, razred\u010denega v 2-3 dl vode. Ob\u010dutila je olaj\u0161anje brez kakr\u0161nih koli neprijetnih stranskih u\u010dinkov. S\u010dasoma je dodala tak napitek \u0161e po drugem dnevnem obroku. Danes shaja z 2-3 \u017elicami bio probiotika EM na dan.
