{"id":2691,"date":"2019-01-20T21:04:22","date_gmt":"2019-01-20T19:04:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/?p=2691"},"modified":"2019-06-07T11:32:09","modified_gmt":"2019-06-07T09:32:09","slug":"mladostno-krepilni-spanec-z-melatoninom-tudi-za-premagovanje-jet-lag-a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/mladostno-krepilni-spanec-z-melatoninom-tudi-za-premagovanje-jet-lag-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Kako do mladostnega globokega sna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2692 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/globok-spanec-ima-zdravilni-ucinek.jpeg\" alt=\"Globok spanec ima zdravilni u\u010dinek\" width=\"217\" height=\"145\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/globok-spanec-ima-zdravilni-ucinek.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/globok-spanec-ima-zdravilni-ucinek-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/globok-spanec-ima-zdravilni-ucinek-768x512.jpeg 768w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 217px) 100vw, 217px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 217px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 217\/145;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Najbolj si odpo\u010dijemo in obnovimo \u017eivljenjske mo\u010di v \u010dasu globokega sna.<\/strong> A s staranjem postaja na\u0161e spanje vse bolj plitko in pretrgano. \u017dleza \u010de\u0161arika v na\u0161ih mo\u017eganih namre\u010d proizvaja vse manj <strong>melatonina, hormona spanja.<\/strong> Z raziskovanjem spanja smo se ukvarjali predvsem v drugi polovici devetdesetih let preteklega stoletja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V knjigi Ko zdravila odpovedo (2001) smo predstavili tri glavne strategije za priklic globokega spanca:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Razbremenimo organizem pred spanjem<br \/>\n<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Melatonin ni le hormon, pa\u010d pa tudi mo\u010dan antioksidant, kar je celo njegova primarna funkcija. \u010ce je telo pred spanjem polno strupov, se bo melatonin porabil za razstrupljanje in ga bo zmanjkalo za spodbuditev globokega spanja. Pred spanjem naj zato ne bo psihi\u010dnih in fizi\u010dnih naporov, ne jejmo te\u017eke hrane in ne pijmo\u00a0 alkohola (nekaterim to pomaga, da zaspijo, a je spanje plitko). \u010ce ves dan nismo izpraznili \u010drevesja, je zve\u010der zadnji \u010das, da to opravimo (debelo \u010drevo je najve\u010dje odlagali\u0161\u010de toksinov v organizmu).<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Spodbudimo ustvarjanje melatonina<br \/>\n<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>Melatonin nastaja v telesu, \u010de je dovolj temno. Organizem ga ustvarja iz serotonina, hormona sre\u010de, ki ga je ve\u010dinoma ustvaril \u010dez dan ob u\u017eivanju dovolj son\u010dne svetlobe skozi o\u010di. Naravna formula za pridobivanje melatonina je: bivajmo vsaj eno uro na dan zunaj ob dnevni svetlobi (brez o\u010dal), pono\u010di pa v temi. Zve\u010der torej pritajimo svetlobo, v spalnici prepre\u010dimo vdor svetlobe od zunaj, spimo brez pri\u017eganih lu\u010di in tudi \u010de moramo pono\u010di na strani\u0161\u010de, to storimo v temi ali le ob brlivki.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><em>Pred spanjem vzemimo melatonin.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>\u017dal prva dva ukrepa marsikateremu starej\u0161emu ne pomagata do globokega spanja. S staranjem je namre\u010d \u010de\u0161arika nagnjena h kalcifikaciji in ni ve\u010d sposobna ustvariti dovolj melatonina. Potrebno je vnesti v organizem dodatni melatonin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ta hormon je leta 1958 odkrila skupina raziskovalcev z univerze Yale pod vodstvom dr. Aarona Lernerja. Za potrebe znanstvenih poskusov so ga sprva pridobivali iz epifize goveda, a se je kasneje izkazalo, da ga je mo\u017eno enostavno in poceni sintetitzirati. Desetletja testiranj so dokazala, da je u\u017eivanje takega melatonina varno &#8211; brez negativnih stranskih u\u010dinkov. V prodaji je kot prehransko dopolnilo predvsem za <strong>izbolj\u0161anje spanja<\/strong> in za <strong>premo\u0161\u010danje \u010dasovnih razlik<\/strong> pri letalskih poletih.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Richard Reiter, starosta raziskovalcev melatonina, priporo\u010da u\u017eivanje \u010distega melatonina, saj razni zeli\u0161\u010dni in drugi dodatki bolj pove\u010dujejo ceno kot pa njegovo u\u010dinkovitost. Za izbolj\u0161anje spanja priporo\u010da odmerke od 0,2 do 10 mg pred spanjem.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010dnimo z majhnim odmerkom (npr. 1 mg) in ga v naslednjih dneh postopoma pove\u010dujmo, dokler se spanje ne izbolj\u0161a. Velik za\u010detni odmerek lahko sprva celo poslab\u0161a spanje, ker je razstrupljanje, ki ga povzro\u010di melatonin kot antioksidant, preveliko. Priporo\u010deni odmerki veljajo za zdrave. Pri boleznih, v \u010dasu nose\u010dnosti in dojenja, pri otrocih, pri \u017eenskah, ki \u017eelijo zanositi, se posvetujmo z zdravnikom.<\/p>\n<p>Torej, \u010de nas mu\u010di slabo spanje, je smotrno pred njim u\u017eiti prehransko dopolnilo melatonin. To ni droga, kot so uspavalne tablete, ne povzro\u010da odvisnosti, le telo pripravi, da se pogrezne v spanje (zni\u017eata se utrip srca in telesna temperatura \u2026)\u00a0 Poleg tega ima melatonin sposobnost dekalcificirati \u010de\u0161ariko, ki s\u010dasoma spet za\u010dne proizvajati dovolj melatonina. Naj ponazorim s primerom:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mnogi starej\u0161i izbolj\u0161ajo spanje z dodatkom melatonina (z odmerkom 1-3 mg pred spanjem) \u017ee v nekaj dneh, a v nekaterih primerih je problem bolj trdovraten. Na\u0161ega 86-letnega prijatelja je mu\u010dila nespe\u010dnost, poleg tega je vsako no\u010d do\u017eivljal no\u010dne more. Iz tujine (pred desetletji se ga v Sloveniji \u0161e ni dalo dobiti) smo mu priskrbeli nekaj \u0161katlic melatonina. Za\u010del ga je jemati po 3 mg pred spanjem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Po mesecu in pol rednega jemanja spanje \u0161e ni bilo bolj\u0161e, a nam je navdu\u0161eno telefoniral, da ni ve\u010d no\u010dnih mor. Vztrajal je in po treh mesecih u\u017eivanja se mu je tudi spanje izbolj\u0161alo. V letih, ki so sledila, je melatonin jemal redno. Ob tem ni zaznal nobenih negativnih stranskih u\u010dinkov. Prav nasprotno, \u010dez dan je imel ve\u010d mo\u010di. Ker si melatonina v nekem obdobju ni mogel priskrbeti, ga tri mesece ni jemal. Ob tem ni \u010dutil nobene abstinen\u010dne krize. \u0160e ve\u010d, tudi brez dodatnega melatonina je bilo spanje dobro, no\u010dne more pa se niso povrnile.
