To je od ene ure 40 minut, do dve uri in pol na dan. Skrbniki psov vedo, da sta to dva dalj\u0161a sprehoda s psom.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Kenneth Cooper ugotavlja, da je za ohranjanje aerobne sposobnosti potrebno hoditi vsaj eno uro na dan (cca 6.000 korakov). To je en dalj\u0161i sprehod s psom na dan. \u010ce nimamo psa, si je dobro nabaviti uro, ki \u0161teje korake in nam nara\u010duna tudi tedensko povpre\u010dje. Taka pomo\u010d res spodbudi, da se ne zasedimo. \u0160teje tudi korake po stanovanju, a 6.000 korakov na dan ne dose\u017eemo, \u010de se ne spravimo na prosto.<\/p>\n<p>Po kriterijih medicine je res spodnja meja gibanja, ki ohranja zdravje, 22 minut pe\u0161a\u010denja na dan (150 minut na teden). To bi bilo pribli\u017eno 2.200 korakov na dan. V razvitem Zahodnem svetu se dele\u017e odraslega prebivalstva, ki ne dosega tega kriterija pove\u010duje; leta 2016 zna\u0161al \u017ee 36,8 %. Premalo gibanja pove\u010duje \u0161tevilo <em>sr\u010dno \u017eilnih obolenj<\/em>, <em>diabetesa tipa II<\/em>, <em>debelost<\/em>, nekaterih oblike <em>raka<\/em> (v povezavi z debelostjo) in <em>smrtnost<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Nekateri, ope\u0161ani od starosti, ne zmorejo toliko pe\u0161a\u010denja. Zdravniki v takih primerih priporo\u010dajo gibanje v vodi. Zelo pomaga tudi okrepitev z aminokislinami OKA. Prof. Sanseverino je vodil dvomese\u010dni klini\u010dni preizkus. Sodelujo\u010di starostniki so prvi mesec u\u017eivali po <strong>6 do 8 tablet OKA na dan<\/strong>, drugi mesec pa po 3 do 4.
