Ugotovili so, da je za osebe, ki imajo glede na svojo starost in \u017eivljenjski slog malo ateroskleroti\u010dnih oblog, zna\u010dilna bolj zdrava \u010drevesna biota in v krvi manj oksidantskih presnovnih odpadkov, ki jih proizvajajo \u0161kodljive \u010drevesne bakterije. Predhodne \u0161tudije so pokazale, da v tveganje <strong>smrti<\/strong> v naslednjih petih letih pa se <strong>pove\u010da kar \u0161tirikratno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/pomoc-ozilju-in-srcu-iz-crevesja\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2414 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/skodljive-crevesne-bakterije.png\" alt=\"\u0160kodljive \u010drevesne bakterije\" max-width=100% height=auto src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 988px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 988\/1280;\" \/><\/a>\n<p>\u010ce poskrbimo za ve\u010d dobrih bakterij v \u010drevesju (te ustvarjajo veliko antioksidantov), lahko zagotovimo \u00bbpomembno za\u0161\u010dito pred sr\u010dnim infarktom in mo\u017egansko kapjo\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>To lahko storimo \u017ee s pove\u010danim vnosom vlaknin, saj so hrana za dobre bakterije. Raziskovalci Cleveland Clinic so s preizkusi na mi\u0161ih ugotovili, da z vlakninami bogata prehrana bistveno zni\u017ea raven TMAO v krvi.<\/p>\n<p>Koristi seveda tudi u\u017eivanje probioti\u010dnih \u017eivil. Pregled devetih znanstvenih \u0161tudij je pokazal, da je za ljudi, ki redno u\u017eivajo probioti\u010dna \u017eivila (na primer probioti\u010dne jogurte, kefir ali probioti\u010dna dopolnila), zna\u010dilna ni\u017eja raven krvnega tlaka. Najbolj je u\u017eivanje probiotikov koristilo osebam s previsokim krvnim tlakom (nad 130\/85). Mo\u010dneje so u\u010dinkovali probiotiki z bolj pestro sestavo bakterij (Kaleshi).<\/p>\n<p>Zanimivi so tudi rezultati eksperimenta, ki ga je opravila skupina raziskovalcev z univerze Emory na mi\u0161ih z visokim krvnim tlakom. Eni skupini so v prehrano dodajali kefir, drugim (z enako prehrano) pa ne. Po devetih tednih je skupina, ki je u\u017eivala kefir, imela v primerjavi s kontrolno skupino ni\u017eji krvni tlak, bolj uravnote\u017eeno \u010drevesno bioto, manj\u0161o prepustnost \u010drevesne stene, ni\u017ejo raven vnetij v centralnem \u017eiv\u010dnem sistemu ter ni\u017ejo raven toksinov, ki jih proizvajajo \u0161kodljive bakterije (endotoksinov) in ki spodbujajo vnetne procese.<\/p>\n<p>Kefir sodi med zelo dobra tradicionalna probioti\u010dna \u017eivila. Toda po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah ga je potrebno u\u017eiti vsaj liter na dan, da odpravimo neprijetni vonj blata, ki je kazalec neuravnote\u017eene \u010drevesne biote. Ta cilj la\u017ee dose\u017eemo z bolj koncentriranimi probiotiki. Svojo prehrano obi\u010dajno dopolnjujem z <a href=\"https:\/\/probiotik.si\/knjiga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bio probiotikom EM<\/a>, saj z u\u017eivanjem 0,2 do 1,0 dl tega probiotika na dan ve\u010dinoma odpravim neprijetni vonj blata \u017ee v nekaj dneh. Domnevam, da u\u017eivanje tega probiotika varuje pred sr\u010dno \u017eilnimi zapleti \u0161e u\u010dinkoviteje kot u\u017eivanje kefirja.
