Glavno sredstvo za regeneracijo vseh organov pa so beljakovine. \u017dal se pri presnovi obi\u010dajnih beljakovin tvori veliko odpadkov, obenem pa pri tem tro\u0161i veliko energije, ki nam je v \u010dasu utrujenosti primanjkuje.<\/p>\n<p>Pri nas doma od leta 2001 dopolnjujemo prehrano z optimalno kombinacijo aminokislin OKA, katerih presnova ne tvori odpadkov in ne tro\u0161i energije. Klini\u010dne \u0161tudije dokazujejo, da se ob njihovem u\u017eivanju u\u010dinkovito okrepijo tudi funkcije ledvic (Tamburlin, 1999) in jeter (De Cristofano, Giordano, 2002).<\/p>\n<p>S soprogo sva za\u010dela u\u017eivati OKA zaradi splo\u0161ne okrepitve, ki je potrebna zlasti v zrelih letih; za te namene je priporo\u010dljivo u\u017eivati od 3 do 5 tablet na dan. Od takrat tudi pomladne utrujenosti ni ve\u010d, \u010deprav bi je glede na starost pri\u010dakovali ve\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>U\u017eivanje OKA pomaga tudi proti kroni\u010dni utrujenosti.
