Tako stali\u0161\u010de je v bistvu v skladu s teorijo, ki meni, da so bitja popolno prilagojena na naravno okolje in torej tudi na prehrano iz njega. Eden glavnih predstavnikov te teorije je npr. biolog A. J. Cain.<\/p>\n<p>Znani oxfordski biolog Richard Dawkins pa je \u017ee leta 1982 (v knjigi Raz\u0161irjeni fenotip) utemeljil teorijo, ki trdi, da bitja iz razli\u010dnih razlogov \u0161e zdale\u010d niso popolnoma prilagojena na okolje. Moje osebne izku\u0161nje in raziskovanja potrjujejo ta pogled. S soprogo sva bio-vrti\u010dkarja in \u017ee desetletja pridelujeva zelenjavo in precej sadja za svoje potrebe. Ob mojem kroni\u010dnem obolenju jeter in trebu\u0161ne slinavke, ki sem ju staknil v mladosti, sva si z naravno hrano dolgo lepo pomagala in jo \u0161e danes u\u017eivava v veliki meri. Toda ozdravel sem \u0161ele pred dobrim desetletjem, ko sem naravno prehrano dopolnil z ustreznimi prehranskimi dodatki. Naj pojasnim potrebo po prehranskih dodatkih na primeru potreb po rudninah in delovanju \u010drevesja.<\/p>\n<p>Za dobro prehranjenost z rudninami je bistveno delovanje \u010drevesja. \u017dal pa se (po podatkih dr. Schmitta) v \u010drevesju izkoristi manj kot 10 % u\u017eitih hranil. \u017de to ka\u017ee, kako nepopolna je narava. Drugi problem je neuravnote\u017eenost rudnin v \u017eivilih. Tudi kombinacije \u017eivil ne zadovoljijo potreb po rudninah optimalno. \u010ce na primer poskrbimo z naravnimi \u017eivili za 100% zadovoljitev potreb po kalciju, bomo imeli v prehrani morda preve\u010d \u017eeleza, premalo cinka&#8230; \u00a0Po na\u010delu, da \u00bbod prese\u017eka glava ne boli\u00ab posamezniki u\u017eijejo veliko raznovrstne zelenjave in sadja. Toda tudi to ni optimalno. Ve\u010d \u0161tudij, med njimi tudi eksperimenti slovitega dr. Amesa, so pokazali, da ne le pomanjkanje mineralov pa\u010d pa tudi njihov prese\u017eek povzro\u010da celi\u010dne po\u0161kodbe (oksidativni stres). Pri pomanjkanju posameznih rudnin pa se, \u017eal, \u010dlove\u0161ki organizem odzove s pove\u010danjem nezdravega apetita po kalori\u010dni hrani (ne pa po mineralno bogati).<\/p>\n<p>Naravna prehrana zado\u0161\u010da za ohranitev rodu. Stoletja so na\u0161i predniki \u017eiveli od nje. \u010ce \u017eelimo optimalnej\u0161o, moramo zanjo poskrbeti sami.<\/p>\n<p>Problem lahko omilimo z rednim u\u017eivanjem probioti\u010dnih \u017eivil in probioti\u010dnih prehranskih dodatkov (vsebujejo organizme dobre \u010drevesne flore). Ta so npr. kefir, kislo mleko, probioti\u010dni jogurti, zelnica in \u00bbkoncentrirani\u00ab probiotiki, ki jih ponuja prehranska industrija. U\u010dinkovitost probiotika lahko sami kontroliramo: \u010de \u010drevesno floro dovolj uravnote\u017ei, blato nima ve\u010d neprijetnega vonja. Z ve\u010dino klasi\u010dnih probiotikov to te\u017eko dose\u017eemo.<\/p>\n<p>Med tistimi probiotiki, ki ubla\u017eijo vonj blata (pri nekoliko pove\u010danem odmerku) je, po na\u0161ih izku\u0161njah, probioti\u010dni napitek Basik.\u00a0 Vsebuje tudi veliko rudninskih in drugih rastlinskih izvle\u010dkov in patentirano sestavino BET (Bioavailability Enhancing Termonutrient), ki pove\u010da absorpcijo hranil v celice za 30% do 250%. \u00a0Je to lahko nevarno, saj \u00bbpreve\u010d \u0161kodi\u00ab? Po raziskavah sode\u010d, te nevarnosti ni. \u0160tudija uporabe tega napitka na 50 pacientih je namre\u010d pokazala, da se je raven oksidativnih po\u0161kodb celic zmanj\u0161ala za 12,3%, ob\u010dutek lakote pa se je zni\u017eal (kar smo opazili tudi sami). To ka\u017ee na dobro uravnote\u017eenost hranil v njem. V trimese\u010dnem poskusu, ki ga je vodil dr. Schmitt, se je telesna te\u017ea udele\u017eencev zmanj\u0161ala za 2-3 kg.<\/p>\n<p>dr.
