Zlasti zimska narava zna biti \u0161e posebej pomirjujo\u010da. Po\u0161iljam vam predbo\u017ei\u010dno sliko iz na\u0161e doma\u010de \u010ci\u010darije.<\/p>\n<p>Manj znano pa je, da si za la\u017eje premagovanje stresa pomagamo tudi s skrbjo za dobro \u010drevesno mikrobioto. Na oxfordski univerzi so tri tedne dajali zdravim prostovoljcem kapsule s prebiotiki (vlakninami, ki so hrana za dobre \u010drevesne bakterije).
