Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da se kar 70% ljudi, ki se odlo\u010dijo za bolj zdrav slog \u017eivljenja, po dveh letih vrne k nezdravi prehrani in starim navadam. V razvitem svetu se tako manj kot 3% prebivalcev prehranjuje v skladu z uradnimi prehranskimi priporo\u010dili. Zakaj je tako te\u017eko \u017eiveti zdravo?<\/p>\n<p>Problem sem s sodelavci\u00a0 pojasnil z znanstveno objavo nove teorije o apetitu za sebi\u010dni gen (2009). Narava skrbi predvsem za reprodukcijo, ki je energetsko zahtevna in nas z mo\u010dnimi vrojenimi nagnjenji spodbuja, da jemo ve\u010d kot je potrebno za zdravje .<\/p>\n<p>Na Univerzi v Ljubljani smo v preteklem desetletju razvili metodo izbolj\u0161anja na\u010dina prehrane, ki je enostavna in u\u010dinkovita. Imenovali smo jo <u>metoda \u00bb2+5\u00ab<\/u>. Naj navedem nekaj priporo\u010dil:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/sklepi-o-zdravem-zivljenju\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1979 size-full lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sadje-in-zelenjava.jpg\" alt=\"Sadje in zelenjava\" width=\"407\" height=\"295\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sadje-in-zelenjava.jpg 407w, https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sadje-in-zelenjava-300x217.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 407px) 100vw, 407px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 407px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 407\/295;\" \/><\/a>&#8211; Pijmo vsaj <strong>1,5 l vode dnevno<\/strong>. Ve\u010dinoma smo dehidrirani, a tega nam telo sprva ne poka\u017ee z \u017eejo, pa\u010d pa z ob\u010dutkom lakote \u00a0in utrujenostjo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Gibajmo se na sve\u017eem zraku ob dnevni svetlobi (brez o\u010dal) vsaj 1 uro dnevno.<\/strong> Ena ura hoje pove\u010da hidracijo za 12 ur (in s tem zmanj\u0161a hlepenje po hrani). Sve\u017e zrak vsebuje negativne ione, ki zmanj\u0161ajo utrujenost in s tem ob\u010dutek lakote.\u00a0 Ena ura dnevne svetlobe, ki pride skozi o\u010di (brez o\u010dal), pove\u010da raven serotonina (hormona sre\u010de) v krvi, zato \u010dutimo manj \u017eelje po \u010dokoladi in ogljikovih hidratih.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U\u017eijmo vsaj <strong>5 porcij sadja in zelenjave dnevno<\/strong> (vsaj 400 g), pa bo manj \u017eelje po sla\u0161\u010dicah.<\/p>\n<p>V tej metodi nobena hrana ni prepovedana. Kljub temu je ve\u010dina udele\u017eencev v enomese\u010dnem poskusu zmanj\u0161ala energetski vnos hrane, u\u017eila manj ma\u0161\u010dob in manj sla\u0161\u010dic. Shuj\u0161ali so v povpre\u010dju za 1,6 kg.
