V\u010dasih je vzrok zanjo \u017ee pomanjkanje son\u010dnih \u017earkov. \u010ce ne pou\u017eijemo dnevno vsaj eno uro son\u010dne svetlobe, se nas lahko loti tako imenovana zimska depresija. Takrat pomaga redni dnevni sprehod ali \u017ee zgolj \u010demenje na balkonu (brez o\u010dal). \u017de po urici smo bolj optimisti\u010dni, napetost \u00bbodte\u010de\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>V\u010dasih pa to ne zado\u0161\u010da. V sodobnem \u017eivljenju je preve\u010d stresa in \u0161e zlasti v jeseni \u017eivljenja je\u00a0 v telesu ve\u010d stresnih hormonov. S prehrano seveda ne odpravimo vzrokov glavnih stisk, ki jih poraja dana\u0161nji \u010das, pa vendar &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ko sem v za\u010detku novega tiso\u010dletja opravil anketo med 126 uporabniki FHES, sem bil presene\u010den, da so med najpogostej\u0161imi pozitivnimi\u00a0 u\u010dinki navedli \u00bbve\u010d optimizma\u00ab. FHES seveda ne odpravlja vzrokov skrbi, ki nam grenijo \u017eivljenje, a \u010de smo \u00bbkisle volje\u00ab, smo tudi fiziolo\u0161ko zakisani. FHES je mo\u010dan razstrupljevalec, v telesu ustvarja rahlo bazi\u010dno okolje, omili posledice stresa \u2013 toksemijo; v celicah ustvari ve\u010d energije &#8230; Vse to nas\u00a0 psihi\u010dno razbremeni.<\/p>\n<p>Spominjam se klica hvale\u017ene gospe, katere h\u010derka je bila pred kratkim odpu\u0161\u010dena iz psihiatri\u010dne bolni\u0161nice. Vsa depresivna je doma le \u017edela. Mati, ki je u\u017eivala FHES, jo je spodbudila, naj ga \u0161e ona poskusi, \u010de\u0161 da bo morda ob\u010dutila ve\u010d energije.
