Agencija Republike Slovenije za okolje (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.arso.gov.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ARSO<\/a>) opozarja, da se pri takih koncentracijah pri ob\u010dutljivih posameznikih, predvsem bolnikih s kroni\u010dnimi boleznimi dihal in krvo\u017eilnega sistema, lahko pojavijo te\u017eave z dihanjem. Pri \u0161e vi\u0161jih koncentracijah (ve\u010d kot 180 \u03bcg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>) pa se lahko pojavijo tudi tesnoba v prsnem ko\u0161u, ka\u0161ljanje in peko\u010d ob\u010dutek v o\u010deh.<\/p>\n<p>ARSO priporo\u010da ob\u010dutljivim ljudem, naj se izogibajo zunanjim aktivnostim, \u0161e zlasti v \u010dasu med 12h in 16h (oziroma 18h na Primorskem). Prostorov ne zra\u010dimo \u010dez dan, pa\u010d pa le zjutraj in zve\u010der.<\/p>\n<p>V \u0161tudiji \u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dlib.si\/stream\/URN:NBN:SI:DOC-6LKLARM1\/d09e3d0a-51a7-441c-9f9a-a9556b579074\/PDF\"><em>Onesna\u017eila v zraku, vodi in hrani, oksidativni stres in antioksidanti<\/em><\/a>\u00ab, ki so jo leta 2014 pripravili na In\u0161titutu za sanitarno in\u017eenirstvo, priporo\u010dajo, da se pred oksidanti iz okolja (med njimi je tudi ozon), lahko za\u0161\u010ditimo tudi s pove\u010danim vnosom antioksidantov.
