Patrick Flanagan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Opne celic, skozi katere mora prodreti voda, so namre\u010d iz ma\u0161\u010dob, ki vodo odbijajo. Telo jo mora zato v presnovi obogatili s koloidi in antioksidantskim vodikom, da postane bolj mo\u010dljiva in lahko prodre v celico. Pri starej\u0161ih je dodatna te\u017eava tudi v tem, da ne \u010dutijo toliko potrebe po pitju vode kot mlaj\u0161i, pa tudi te\u017eje je popijejo zadostno koli\u010dino. \u00a0Zato so zlasti za njih potrebni u\u010dinkovitej\u0161i na\u010dini hidracije.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Patrick Flanagan se je pri re\u0161evenju tega problema zgledoval pri pitni vodi himalajskega ljudstva Hunza, ki slovi po \u0161tevilnih stoletnikih. Ustvaril je mineralni pra\u0161ek (FHES), kakr\u0161en je v njihovi vodi.<\/p>\n<p>Na Univerzi v Ljubljani smo ugotovili, da je kozarec vode s FHES po antioksidantski mo\u010di enakovreden vsaj 10.000 kozarcem najbolj\u0161ega sve\u017eega soka.
