Najpogostej\u0161a pomanjkljivost je premalo u\u017eitih beljakovin. Navzven to opazimo po iz\u010drpanem videzu, po nezdravem tenu in uveli ko\u017ei, po upadanju mi\u0161i\u010dne mase, slab\u0161anju kakovosti las in nohtov. Te vrste te\u017eav se kljub skrbi za prehrano rade primerijo zlasti po petdesetem letu, ko se presnova beljakovin \u017ee sicer poslab\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>Sodobne prehranske re\u0161itve nam omogo\u010dajo, da se beljakovinski podhranjenosti zlahka izognemo celo v zrelih letih. Aminokisline tipa OKA \u2013 optimalna kombinacija aminokislin (angl. MAP) ne obremenjujejo prebave, pa tudi ne izlo\u010dal, ki so pri u\u017eivanju kateregakoli obi\u010dajnega beljakovinskega \u017eivila zelo obremenjena z du\u0161i\u010dnimi odpadki.<\/p>\n<h4>Dopolnila tipa OKA zelo pospe\u0161ijo regeneracijo vseh tkiv.<\/h4>\n<p>Vegetarijanstvo, veganstvo in postenje tako niso ve\u010d potencialno tvegani z vidika zunanjega videza. To smo tudi sami opazili. V zadnjih 16 letih, odkar u\u017eivamo dopolnila tipa OKA, smo pri mnogih seniorjih v na\u0161em okolju, ki redno u\u017eivajo vsaj po 5 tablet dnevno, opazili izbolj\u0161anje videza \u017ee po nekaj mesecih.
