Tudi meni v\u010dasih zadi\u0161i pe\u010deno meso in takrat ga malo u\u017eijem.<\/p>\n<p>Poznam in uporabljam vse tri proizvode, ki jih priporo\u010da g. Ostan. FHES jemljem ob\u010dasno, zlasti pozimi za izbolj\u0161anje odpornosti. Ob\u010dasno u\u017eivam tudi optimalno kombinacijo aminokislin, da ne bi zau\u017eila premalo beljakovin.<\/p>\n<p>Redno pa, \u017ee dve do tri leta, u\u017eivam probiotik EM. Njegov u\u010dinek \u0161e najbolj o\u010ditno zaznam, ko se kdaj \u00bbpregre\u0161im\u00ab s sladko hrano, po kateri moje blato postane bolj teko\u010de. Probiotik to te\u017eavo uredi v dveh dneh. V soboto smo na primer imeli ohcet, v nedeljo je bilo blato teko\u010de, danes (v ponedeljek) pa je \u017ee normalno.<\/p>\n<p>Kolegice me precej spra\u0161ujejo za nasvete s podro\u010dja prehrane in zdravja in rada jim pomagam s svojim znanjem in izku\u0161njami. Potem pa mi je pogosto hudo, ko vidim, da ne upo\u0161tevajo nasvetov, ki bi jim koristili. Mlada kolegica, ki v skrbi za zdravje veliko hodi v hribe, je vseeno vedno utrujena, pa se ne odlo\u010di za jemanje FHES ali OKA, ki bi ji koristila.
