Mnogi med njimi so tudi iz ekonomsko \u0161ibkej\u0161ih slojev. V Sloveniji je prete\u017ekih (indeks telesne mase 25 in ve\u010d) \u017ee 60,6% prebivalcev. Vidrih) prikazujemo u\u010dinkovite re\u0161itve obeh te\u017eav. V njej je predstavljeno polnovredno postenje: to je postenje en ali dva dni tedensko ob u\u017eivanju izbranih prehranskih dopolnil in do 600 kcal dnevno, sicer pa jemo normalno. Na tak na\u010din se dr. Iztok Ostan in njegovi bli\u017enji postijo \u017ee od leta 2001; od septembra 2016 pa poteka tudi organizirano preverjanje takega na\u010dina postenja.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Helena Jeri\u010dek Klan\u0161\u010dek in Drago Klan\u0161\u010dek vodita v Kri\u0161ki vasi vsak mesec vikend <a href=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/delavnice-in-tecaji\/\">te\u010daje polnovrednega postenja<\/a> po sistemu dr. Ostana. Kdor \u017eeli, lahko da pred postenjem in po njem laboratorijsko preveriti svoje zdravstveno stanje. Institut.O podpira tako preverjanje in udele\u017eencem, ki to storijo, podari v zahvalo za informacijo paket produktov (po eno plastenko MAP in MegaHydrate in 2 plastenki Vita Biose). Tega bodo dele\u017eni tudi udele\u017eenci teh te\u010dajev postenja v februarju in marcu 2017 (glej informacijo <a href=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/blog\/predavanja_in_seminarji_dr_iztoka_ostana\/\">tukaj<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Doslej smo zbrali rezultate testiranj polnovrednega posta 12 udele\u017eencev. V treh dneh in pol, kolikor traja post, so v povpre\u010dju shuj\u0161ali za 1,7 kg (mo\u0161ki ve\u010d, \u017eenske nekoliko manj), 83,4% jih je post opravilo z lahkoto; v povpre\u010dju se jim je zni\u017eal (previsoki) krvni tlak, zmanj\u0161ala raven sladkorja in inzulina v krvi, dele\u017e dobrega holestrola (HDL) v celotnem se je izbolj\u0161al (pove\u010dal), tveganje rakavih obolenj se je zni\u017ealo (ni\u017eja raven IGF-1).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<pre>Vir: <a href=\"https:\/\/ziva-voda.com\/novice\/Prijateljem_najboljse_FEBRUAR-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E! \r\nNovice za uporabnike FHES, OKA (angl.
