Prehranjujem se prete\u017eno vegetarijansko, od mesa le enkrat na teden jem belo ribo, od ostalih \u017eivalskih \u017eivil pa \u0161e jajca, jogurt in sir. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u017de ve\u010d let uporabljam optimalno kombinacijo aminokislin in zadnja leta tudi probiotik EM. Izku\u0161nje imam tako s prej\u0161njo kot tudi s sedanjo razli\u010dico probiotika. Pri obeh se je v za\u010detku vonj blata izrazito poudaril, vendar sem \u017ee po nekaj dneh opazil blagodejni u\u010dinek. Menim, da bi moral vsakdo nekje v petih dneh jemanja opaziti razliko.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ljudje nasploh \u0161e vedno premalo poznajo produkte kot sta OKA in probiotik EM. Tudi med teka\u010di jih ve\u010dina bolj pozna razne proteinske pra\u0161ke kot optimalno kombinacijo aminokislin, ki bi jim bolj koristila. Pomena \u010drevesja pa se \u0161e sploh ve\u010dina premalo zaveda. Pred kratkim sem o tem prebral izjemno dobro knjigo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bukla.si\/?action=books&amp;book_id=24634\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010carobno \u010drevesje<\/a>, ki jo vsem toplo priporo\u010dam.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Vem, da je treba imeti tudi to svojo \u00bbklet po\u0161timano\u00ab, probiotik EM pa je prav v funkciji reda \u00bbtam spodaj\u00ab. Med tekom je to \u0161e posebej pomembno. Dve uri poskakovanja \u00a0pospe\u0161i dinamiko v \u010drevesju.
