To se je dogajalo zadnji dve leti tudi meni. Z veseljem delam, a sem si nalo\u017eil preve\u010d obveznosti, pa ni bilo prave mo\u010di, da bi se redno postil, kar sem sicer redno po\u010del od leta 1986. Heleno Jeri\u010dek Klan\u0161\u010dek in Dragom Klan\u0161\u010dkom, ki v okviru dejavnosti organizacije DIH vodita tudi tri- in osemdnevne skupinske poste ob sokovih. Oba u\u017eivata tudi prehranska dopolnila tipa OKA, FHES in probiotike EM.<\/p>\n<p>Ker ju je zanimal moj na\u010din izvajanja polnovrednega posta s temi dopolnili, smo se dogovorili, da s soprogo pre\u017eiviva tri dni pri njih v Kri\u0161ki vasi in se skupaj postimo. Pri polnovrednem postenju, ki ga organizira DIH, si udele\u017eenci skupaj pripravijo zajtrk, kosilo in ve\u010derjo v obliki sve\u017eih sokov ali smutijev, solate, ali tople bistre zelenjavne juhe, ki zve\u010der zelo prija.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Vsak dan smo popili veliko vode, u\u017eili dovolj postnih \u017eivil, opravili vsak dan dolge sprehode po okoli\u0161kih gozdovih in travnikih, skupaj izvajali raztezne in sprostitvene vaje, se pogovarjali, smejali, u\u010dili in spro\u0161\u010dali tudi ob zvokih gongov &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Na koncu smo se vsi \u0161tirje strinjali, da je polnovredni post la\u017ee opraviti kot obi\u010dajni post ob sokovih. Telesu namre\u010d nudimo vse potrebne beljakovine (OKA) in druga hranila, zato ne hlepi po dodatni hrani in ni nevarnosti za ohlapnost ko\u017ee in mi\u0161ic. Pri takem postenju pa smo dele\u017eni tudi vseh prednosti, ki jih nudi obi\u010dajno postenje.<\/p>\n<p>V treh dneh sva mo\u0161ka shuj\u0161ala v povpre\u010dju za 2,1 kg, \u017eenski pa za 1,3 kg. Razmerje med \u00bbslabim\u00ab holesterolom (LDL) in \u00bbdobrim\u00ab (HDL) je bilo ob koncu postenja pri vseh \u0161tirih v priporo\u010denih mejah, krvni sladkor se je zni\u017eal, previsok rastni faktor IGF-1 (visok pomeni ve\u010dje tveganje rakavih obolenj) se je zni\u017eal oz ostal ustrezno nizek.<\/p>\n<p>Po kon\u010danem skupinskem postenju sva s soprogo spet zmogla zlahka opravljati redne tedenske enodnevne poste, s \u010dimer, kot ka\u017eejo raziskave in na\u0161e izku\u0161nje, je mo\u017eno prepre\u010devati ponovno pridobivanje telesne te\u017ee in povi\u0161anje holesterola.<\/p>\n<p>Skratka: organizirano skupinsko kratko postenje je lahko odli\u010dno sredstvo za za\u010detek samostojnega individualnega postenja. Helena in Drago<\/p><\/div>\n<h4>O organizatorjih skupinskega polnovrednega postenja<\/h4>\n<p>Helena Jeri\u010dek Klan\u0161\u010dek je doktorirala iz socialne pedagogike; zaposlena je na Centru za preu\u010devanje in razvoj zdravja. Je soavtorica ve\u010d znanstvenih \u010dlankov in priro\u010dnikov s podro\u010dja zdravega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n<p>Drago Klan\u0161\u010dek je diplomirani in\u017eenir, ki je vrsto let opravljal vodilna dela v gospodarstvu. Zaradi lastnih zdravstvenih te\u017eav se je v tujini izobra\u017eeval s podro\u010dja shiatzu masa\u017ee, hidrokolon terapije in kraniosakralne osteopatije ter s teh podro\u010dij pridobil mednarodne diplome. Upe\u0161no je zaklju\u010dil tudi mnoge druge izobra\u017eevalne te\u010daje s podro\u010dja skrbi za zdravje.<\/p>\n<p>Oba se izobra\u017eujeta na podro\u010dju psihoterapije. Imata holisti\u010den odnos do zdravja. To velja tudi za njune te\u010daje postenja, v katerih je pomemben tudi psiholo\u0161ki vidik.
