Najob\u010dutljivej\u0161e so \u017eenske prsi, ki se pri huj\u0161anju rade povesijo. Te te\u017eave prepre\u010dimo z u\u017eivanjem pove\u010danega odmerka aminokislin tipa OKA (angl. MAP).<\/p>\n<p>V institutu INRC na Floridi so razvili dve vrsti shuj\u0161evalnih kur z u\u017eivanjem OKA. Obe temeljita na u\u017eivanju veliko izbranih vrst sadja in zelenjave. Pri eni nadomestimo vse potrebne beljakovine s tabletami OKA, pri drugi pa u\u017eijemo vsak dan po 225 g perutnine ali rib (oziroma enake koli\u010dine vegetarijanskega ali veganskega beljakovinskega \u017eivila), poleg tega pa \u0161e 8-10 tablet OKA.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi s postnimi dnevi se lahko re\u0161imo odve\u010dnih kilogramov in se regeneriramo.
