To so tisti, ki nimajo dovolj krepkih izlo\u010dal, da bi lahko sproti odplavlja iz krvi dodatno koli\u010dino odpadkov, ki so spomladi privreli iz telesnih odlagali\u0161\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Pomagamo si lahko z naslednjim:<\/p>\n<h3>Okrepitev izlo\u010dal z u\u017eivanjem 6 do 8 tablet beljakovin tipa OKA dnevno<\/h3>\n<p>Krepkost organov \u2013 tudi izlo\u010dal \u2013 je odvisna od krepkosti celic v njih in njihovega \u0161tevila. Kar 60% trdne snovi na\u0161e celice predstavljajo beljakovine. Ni okrepitve izlo\u010dal brez beljakovinske okrepitve. A kaj, ko beljakovine tvorijo v presnovi veliko toksi\u010dnih odpadkov. V enomese\u010dnem preizkusu, ki smo ga opravili na Univerzi v Ljubljani, je 54 prostovoljcev u\u017eivalo surovo sadje in zelenjavo po petkrat na dan. Raven toksemije se je bistveno zmanj\u0161ala.<\/p>\n<p>No, za to se je treba malo potruditi. Tudi \u017eivali raje pose\u017eejo po kuhanih \u017eivilih kot surovih, \u010de imajo prilo\u017enost. Iz toplotno obdelanih ogljikovih hidratov (semen in gomoljev) namre\u010d uspe telo dobiti v dolo\u010denem obdobju od 60 % do 100 % ve\u010d energije.
