Zanju je bil sladkor kot eliksir \u017eivljenja, enako kot za nas glukoza, ki nam pri infuziji blagodejno kaplja skozi \u017eilo v onemoglo telo.<\/p>\n<p>Vrab\u010dka si od sladkega pribolj\u0161ka potem oddahneta in ne bosta dobila sladkorne bolezni. A bi si tudi onadva nakopala to ali kako \u0161e pogubnej\u0161o bolezen, \u010de bi imela, tako kot mi, od jutra do ve\u010dera dostop do kakega vira sladkorja.\u00ab (&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bbEn izmed na\u010dinov, da se ubranimo trajnega prese\u017eka sladkorjev in ohranjamo nizko raven jutranjega inzulina je vsakodnevni oddih od sladkorjev in ogljikovih hidratov.<\/p>\n<p>V Kaliforniji so pod vodstvom dr. Megumi Hatori (2012) izvedli trimese\u010dni poskus na mi\u0161ih. Eni skupini so dovolili jesti le 8 ur na dan, mi\u0161ke iz druge skupine pa so enako koli\u010dino hrane lahko jedle ves dan. V skupini mi\u0161i, ki so po 16 ur na dan lahko le pile vodo, je bilo manj debelosti, manj zama\u0161\u010denosti jeter, manj te\u017eav z vnetji in manj jutranjega povi\u0161anja inzulina.<\/p>\n<p>No, \u010de je \u0161estnajsturni post ob vodi prete\u017eak, bi se bilo smiselno odre\u010di po 16 ur na dan vsaj \u017eivilom, ki vsebujejo veliko \u0161kroba oziroma sladkorjev. V \u010dasu dnevnega oddiha od ogljikovih hidratov lahko torej u\u017eivamo listnato zelenjavo, ma\u0161\u010dobe, jajca, meso ter mleko in mle\u010dne izdelke.<\/p>\n<p>Izmerili smo, da celo pol banane, ki smo jo prime\u0161ali v prete\u017eno zelenjavni grobi smuti, ne povi\u0161a sladkorja v krvi. \u010ce pa smo v opisani zelenjavni smuti ali v pol litra kefirja prime\u0161ali \u0161e dve \u017elici \u010distega MCT olja, je raven krvnega sladkorja po eni uri celo upadla za 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Za zajtrk tak smuti, sredi dneva \u2013 denimo od 10.00 do 16.00 ure &#8211; obi\u010dajna (zmerna) hrana s sladico vred, pod ve\u010der pa le obrok kefirja z MCT oljem, pa smo naredili nekaj za zdravje in tudi za svojo sladkosnednost\u00ab.<\/p>\n<pre>Vir: PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!
