Seveda mi jo je prijazno odstopila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tako sem vsako jutro in ve\u010der 10 do 12 dni pred maratonom jemal OKA &#8211; zjutraj pol ure pred treningom po \u0161tiri in zve\u010der po tri. \u017de po enem tednu sem \u010dutil, da sem bolje regeneriran oziroma spo\u010dit. Tudi na treningih sem \u010dutil nekako ve\u010d zagona in mo\u010di. Tako sem zadnje \u0161tiri dni pred Ljubljanskim maratonom pove\u010dal jutranjo dozo na \u0161est tablet zjutraj in ve\u010derno na \u0161tiri.<\/p>\n<p>Pri\u0161el je dan maratona. Dobre pol ure pred startom sem vzel osem tablet OKA. \u017de nekaj dni pred maratonom sta se mi splo\u0161na mo\u010d in po\u010dutje izbolj\u0161evala, tako da sem imel pred tekom zelo dober ob\u010dutek.<\/p>\n<p>Tako sem tudi odlo\u010dno in hitro startal, mogo\u010de kar malo prehitro. Moji \u010dasi so bili na 5 kilometrov 20 minut in na 10 kilometrov 40 minut, na polovi\u010dki 1:27 in na 30 kilometrov 2:06. Na koncu mi je malo zmanjkalo mo\u010di za \u010das pod tremi urami, verjetno zaradi prehitrega za\u010detka. Moj kon\u010dni \u010das pa je bil kljub temu odli\u010dnih 3:01:19, kar je za 10 minut hitreje od mojega lanskoletnega rezultata na Ljubljanskem maratonu, ko sem tekel 3:11.<\/p>\n<p>Niti v sanjah nisem pri\u010dakoval tako dobrega \u010dasa, saj sem tako pri 55-ih postal dr\u017eavni prvak v svoji starostni kategoriji, kar se mi do sedaj v moji desetletni teka\u0161ki karieri \u0161e ni zgodilo. Tudi v cilju maratona sem se dokaj hitro regeneriral in po\u010dutje se mi je kmalu normaliziralo, za razliko od prej\u0161njih maratonov, ko sem potreboval ve\u010d \u010dasa za regeneracijo.<\/p>\n<pre>Vir: PRIJATELJEM NAJBOLJ\u0160E!
